A dry white wine made from Muscat Ottonel, harvested from the vineyards of Chateau Chizay.
Muscat is always a challenge for a winemaker—maximizing its aroma requires skin contact, but the skins can add bitterness. This creates a dilemma: preserve the bitterness and dryness or mask it with sugar. Our winemaker Zoltan managed to keep Muskotály dry yet not bitter. The highlight of this wine is its sweet muscat aroma, followed by a fresh taste.
