A dry white wine made from Gewürztraminer, another relative of Traminer Rosé.
The name originates from the Italian town of Tramin, while Gewürztraminer translates as “Spicy Traminer.”
One of the most aromatic grape varieties, this wine is like refined perfume in a glass.
Straw-colored with golden hues.
Bright, varietally expressive, and unmistakable on the nose, with notes of grapefruit, pastry cream, and a subtle hint of pear drops.
The palate is surprisingly dry and light, creating an intriguing contrast in which citrus notes prevail over the slightly sweet character of the aroma.
Perfectly paired with California rolls or rice noodles with shiitake mushrooms.
