Payment and delivery
Payment on delivery (POD).
You pay the cost of the order upon receipt at the branch/by courier + the commission of Nova Poshta for transfer. The commission amount depends on the amount of the order (more info https://novaposhta.ua/ru/money_order).
Terms of receiving discount from 5% to 10% under the Loyalty Program.
Delivery throughout Ukraine is carried out using the courier service of Nova Poshta in those cities where there are offices of this company.
Delivery time is 2-4 days (after processing and sending your order). Additional delays and untimely delivery are possible due to unfavorable weather conditions.
We send orders daily, except Saturday and Sunday.
Terms of free delivery by Nova Poshta:
Ordering products from a range of branded stores for the amount of 400 UAH;
Note: in the range of the branded store there are souvenir products (glasses, packages, etc.), in the general order with wine the delivery is also free.
As soon as the parcel (package) is sent, we will notify you by SMS about the number of declaration on your mobile, which is indicated in the order. By the same number you can track the delivery status of the order at the address: https://novaposhta.ua/tracking
As soon as the package is delivered to chosen branch, you will receive SMS-messages from Nova Poshta, or, in the case of courier delivery a call to agree on the time when you can be handed the package.
Free storage of goods at the office is up to 5 business days, storage over this period is paid at the expense of the client.
By sending you wine, we must insure the parcel for the full value of the order. If suddenly the goods got damaged along the road, we strongly advise you to fill the corresponding complaint document and a claim to delivery service (the conditions can be found on the website of Nova Poshta at the address: https://novaposhta.ua/ru/problemnie_situacii_privat). This will allow you to reimburse for damaged products and courier services in case of improper delivery.
