Red dry wine made from classic Cabernet Sauvignon, with select grapes from the Chateau Chizay vineyards. This is one of the most renowned grape varieties in the world in our interpretation. Originating from Bordeaux, it carries the unofficial title of “the king of wines”.

We carefully monitored our Cabernet, waiting for the wine to reach its perfect state before bottling. We opted for a modern screw cap closure to preserve the freshness in the aroma and flavor of this noble wine.

• In the aroma, you’ll find a plethora of forest fruits accompanied by Mediterranean spices, with a fresh hint and notes of blackcurrant leaves, which are classic for Cabernet.
• The aromatic palette continues in the taste. Pleasant acidity and subtle, gentle tannins allow the fruit notes to shine.
• Cabernet is best enjoyed with food. It pairs wonderfully with lamb chops, steak, such as ribeye, and Transcarpathian meat delicacies like shovdar.
