A new vintage red dessert wine from Chateau Chizay.
This unique “Troyanda” blossomed from the inspiration of the legendary white dessert wine combined with powerful red varieties. The blend consists of white Troyanda Karpat (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), and Alibernet (20%), each aged separately in barrels for 24 months.
Silver Medal at Mundus Vini – 2024.
Silver Medal at Decanter World Wine Awards – 2024.
An intense, complex aroma featuring dark berries, prunes, and cherries, while the white Troyanda adds notes of dried apricots, oriental spices, and walnuts.
This synergy continues in the taste, where ripe and candied berries blend with dried plums and apricots, enhanced by hints of vanilla and spices.
A wine worthy of a special occasion, offering an extraordinary experience. It should be savored slowly, like unveiling a rose petal by petal, discovering its luxurious nuances of aroma and flavor.
Perfect as a standalone dessert, and thanks to its intense bouquet, it pairs beautifully with sweet pastries, non-acidic red and dark fruits, fruit-based desserts, ice cream, and a cheese platter featuring aged, mature cheeses.
A unique gift – a wine destined to become a new legend!
