The elegant dry red wine is crafted from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir grape varieties. Each wine undergoes separate aging for 9 months in noble oak, then blends according to the vision of the chief winemaker, Zoltan Udvardi.

What is a Cuvée? The term is used by French winemakers in two senses:

1. The soft pressing of the juice.
2. An outstanding blend, a mixture of different wines or grape varieties – and that’s exactly what our Cuvée is!

It’s almost a classic Bordeaux blend, where the powerful Cabernet is softened by Merlot, and we also add Pinot Noir.

• The Cuvée has a medium-depth purple color.
• The “first nose” is slightly dusty in the style of the Rhône Valley. Great juicy blackberries with currants tempt you to continue exploring this wine. Maybe a slightly unripe pyrazine, hinting that the wine may benefit from more time in the collection. These are all Bordeaux signs, and Bordeaux is the best wine in the world. You won’t regret trying our interpretation of this style!
• The taste is beautiful, very balanced, much more thoughtful than the aroma, with black bitter chocolate and wonderful dried cherries. The finish is not as long as in Merlot, but more berry-like.
• Continuing the Bordeaux theme, this wine will taste perfect with a lamb rack.
