Semi-sweet white kosher wine is made from Muscat Ottonel grapes. This Muscat grape grew on the terraces of the southern slope of the Chateau Chizay vineyard in the Mala Hora locality.
The color of the wine is deep, with a straw hue and a sheen.
The aroma is powerful, with tones of ripe white grapes, elderflower, and peaches.
The taste is moderately sweet, echoing the aroma of peaches.
Moscato pairs wonderfully with cheesecake or apricot pie.
