Elegant dry wine made from Merlot (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Pinot Noir (10%) grape varieties. Each wine was kept in oak barrels separately and then was blend into a prominent and rich wine – Cuvée.
The wine is harmonious, with hint of blackberry, cherry and blueberry tones. The special terroir of Chateau Chizay vineyards gives little acidity in the taste, which causes long aftertaste with light tones of vanilla. The wine was created in a collaboration with one of the best winemakers and enologists in Hungary – Derdy Rovzha.
The whole process of production of Cuvée was controlled and strictly monitored by the Founder and General Director of the Academy of Gastronomy in Hungary, chief sommelier of Hungary – Zoltan Sleshak.
